Thomas Brown
Mr. Brown spent more than two decades in senior management positions with multinational real estate firms before founding U.S. Assets Group. Under his stewardship, numerous projects have won national, regional and state recognition for excellence. Prior to teaming with partner, Jay Tallman, Mr. Brown led the development team at Windsor and Orchid Island in Vero Beach, Florida. Both communities continue to stand as bellwethers for sophisticated style and dramatic sense of place.

Jay Tallman
Mr. Tallman has extensive senior management experience high-end beachfront communities and planned developments in Colorado and throughout Florida. Prior to joining U.S. Assets Group, Mr. Tallman served as a senior executive instrumental in the conception, design and construction of Vizcaya on Longboat Key, Florida.
